Role Play Rules I will probably change the rules in the future so keep an eye out for updates! 1. Please be polite, I want the website to have a warm welcoming atmosphere, if anyone is rude or mean report it to the staff and we will deal with it immediately. 2. No cussing, like I said before I want members to feel welcome here and I want this to be a kid friendly site. 3. Keep it PG13, again I want this to be a kid friendly site. 4. Keep it realistic, the role play is intended to be realistic, so no powers, unnatural markings/colors, etc 5. No spam, anything not related to the role play is considered spam. its useless and takes up space, just don't do it. 6. No power playing, don't try to be the center of attention or the most important character in the role play, it's rude and other members won't have as much fun. 7. No god-moding, let the moderators do their job. If the mods fail to stop a problem let me know. 8. When talking Out Of Character, OOC, put it in parenthesis (like this) 9. You must be on at least three times a week. if you aren't on for a week your character will be labeled as inactive, you will receive a PM letting you know your character is inactive and you must PM a staff member to retrieve and rp with it. After a month of inactivity your character will be given to another member and you can not take it back even if you come back. 10. Please post what your character's name is, gender, and pack when role playing, such as examplewolf-female-examplepack

Pack Rules 1. Always obey your Alphas 2. Your loyalty is to your pack only 3. Protect and fight for your pack You may break these rules but your alphas have the right to punish you
Pack Info
Ranks
Alphas: the highest rank, the leaders of the pack they lead the hunts and border patrols there are 2 alphas male and female, commonly referred to as Alpha
Betas: the second highest rank, if an alpha dies or retires one of the betas takes its place there are 2 betas male and female, commonly referred to as Beta
Hunters: are slightly higher ranked than guards, they do most of the hunting they are the smallest and fastest wolves of the pack
Guards: are slightly lower ranked than hunters, they have the job of protecting the camp and patrolling the borders though they sometimes join in hunting they are the biggest and strongest of the pack
Omegas: the lowest ranking wolf the omegas always get picked on they are the kindest wolves they have the job of taking care of the pups when the other wolves are out or need a rest , commonly referred to as Omega
Pups In Training: the age of a wolf before they become adults, when pups are one season old they start training to either be a hunter or guard. All the wolves from the group that the pup chose will help train them. When pups reach one season they get ranked and can leave the camp
Pups: wolves younger than one season, cant leave the camp, must be watched by grown wolves at all times
Loners: are wolves that were born outside of a pack or left a pack either because they didn't like pack life or they got kicked out. they tend to be wary of other wolves and don't like to share food because it is harder to hunt by themselves than with a pack, though they occasionally team up to hunt. Loners sometimes join packs or, usually if they left a pack, make their own.
Territories
A pack's territory is very large it can take up to a week to patrol the whole border. that's why guards don't do border patrol very often and when they do they patrol the border in sections (when guards do border patrols they have to hunt so all pups learn to hunt) wolves don't generally choose territory that changes a lot (ex: forests, mountains, and marsh in one packs territory) every pack has 2 camps inside their territory, a summer/spring camp and a winter camp. the summer/spring camp is always farther north than the winter camp because the pack follows its prey when it migrates. there is always a pup den in the summer/spring camp the pups are born and live in the den until they reach the age of one season old, because all the wolves of the pack have to care for the pups they only leave the summer/spring camp if they are on patrol are hunting or just want to take a walk. the pack does not spend a lot of time at the winter camp because they are constantly following their prey they only return to the camp after a successful hunt, there is no pup den in the winter camp because by the time they move to the winter camp the pups are old enough to have their own dens.
Beliefs
Sky Wolves are the wolves that have died and now live forever in the sky, sometimes they like to play fight this creates storms and it is possible to see bright flashes of them as they leap across the sky and hear their rumbling growls. Each pack has a sky wolf guardian (not all all sky wolves are guardians) that watches over the pack they feel most connected with and sometimes visits the alphas in dreams (though not very often). Forest Wolf is the wolf forest goddess her presence is in all forests, wolves give thanks to her after each successful hunt. River Wolf is the wolf water goddess her presence is within any river or body of water, some wolves swim very well and feel a strong connection to her. Earth Wolf is the wolf god of earth he is basically the Earth itself his growls have the power to shake the earth the wolves call these the big growls. Sun Wolf is the wolf god of the sun and day, and the alpha male of the sky wolves he rules the skys with his mate Moon Wolf. Moon Wolf is the wolf goddess of the moon and night, and the alpha female of the sky wolves. Loners don't have sky wolf guardians. and not all loners have the same beliefs as the packs.
